Our Training, workshops and Internship Program are designed to instill a deep entrepreneurial mindset in young, aspiring technocrats, empowering them to become future job creators rather than job seekers. The program aims to foster scientific craft design skills, with the goal of developing market-fit, scalable products that can drive future demand of markets and serve customers as per their needs.

Our induction training offered offline and online modes, featuring one-on-one interactions with top experts from across India. This training focuses on problem identification and provides foundational guidance on essential strategies for start-ups. Start-ups selected were learned the fundamental steps needed to achieve success and effectively navigate the entrepreneurial landscape before getting incubated. Funding Strategies: Understanding how to secure investment through various channels like venture capital, angel investors, and crowd funding.

The one-month internship training program of Uday Prasad Uday Government Polytechnic College Durg, at CSVTU-FORTE focused on electronics and the subject of project was “Embedded Systems Using Arduino”, began on July 29, 2024. It was met with high enthusiasm and active participation from students as well as trainers. Together, they developed 3-4 prototype models that hold great potential for further development. The validation of these projects was conducted before overseas students from Kalinga University, along with representatives from reputable media, adding significant credibility to their work.

A series of similar internship training programs is in the pipeline to ignite the spirit of innovation among students in tier 2 and 3 cities of Chhattisgarh and central India. By creating a robust funnel for innovation and brainstorming, we aim to cultivate fresh ideas that can contribute to job creation and drive economic growth in the region. These initiatives are designed to empower students and foster a culture of creativity and entrepreneurship.

Foreign students from Kalinga University, Raipur, visited our incubation center for a field visit and engaged with internship students from UDU Polytechnic College, Durg. This interaction provided valuable exposure for both groups: the visiting students gained insights into practical applications, while the interns benefited from real-world feedback on their model prototype validations. It was a mutually beneficial experience that enhanced learning and collaboration.

CSVTU- FORTE organized a one-day hands-on training on mushroom cultivation for women Self Help Groups (SHGs). This initiative aims to empower women in rural areas and provide them with a sustainable livelihood. By learning the art of mushroom cultivation, these women can generate income and improve their quality of life.
