In order to promote Self-Employment among Graduates residing in the rural areas, Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand University (CSVTU) announces a unique internship scheme in Organic and Natural Farming. Under the umbrella of CSVTU-Foundation for Rural Technology and Entrepreneurship (CSVTU-FORTE), the Section-8 company of CSVTU, this internship program will begin with a one month certificate course. CSVTU-FORTE has collaborated with Regional Center for Organic and Natural Farming (RCONF), Nagpur (A Unit of Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Govt. of India) to offer a 30-Days Certificate Course on Organic & Natural Farming (CCONF). The applicants will get all the necessary exposure on techniques of natural and organic farming, which includes soil health management, crop management nutrients and pest management, preparation /formulation of bio fertilizers, bio pesticides and plant health promoters etc. In addition they will also learn economics of organic farming and procedure of organic certification. During the course the candidates will be exposed to practical training with hands-on and field visits along with training by renowned experts in the field. They will also be taught branding of rural products, their packaging, marketing and linkages to the current Govt. schemes on organic farming.
After successful completion of the 30 days certificate course, selected candidates will be provided extended opportunity by CSVTU-FORTE for further training in various aspects of finance, marketing, business model preparation and company formation to promote self employability in rural areas. A Pilot Project in organic compost making and organic farming has been already started in the premises of CSVTU, Newai, Bhilai for practical exposure of the candidates. During this extended internship program the candidates will be provided with a stipend of Rs. 7000/- per month and performance based Incentives. The selected candidates will also be given a seed money of up to Rs. One Lakh to establish their own business/enterprise with Mentoring, Handholding and Marketing support from CSVTU-FORTE for a limited duration. In lieu of this the candidate has to sign a MoU with CSVTU-FORTE for mutual growth and benefit.
Applications are invited from the pass out graduates of CSVTU Bhilai; both diploma and engineering graduates of CSVTU from any discipline are eligible to apply for 30 days certificate course. ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले CSVTU के पास-आउट बेरोजगार युवाओं के स्वरोजगार को बढ़ावा देने के लिए छत्तीसगढ़ स्वामी विवेकानंद विश्वविद्यालय (CSVTU) ने जैविक और प्राकृतिक खेती में एक अनूठी इंटर्नशिप योजना की शुरुआत की है। CSVTU की सेक्शन-8 कंपनी CSVTU-Foundation for Rural Technology and Entrepreneurship (CSVTU-FORTE) के तत्वावधान में यह इंटर्नशिप प्रोग्राम 30-दिवसीय सर्टिफिकेट कोर्स के साथ शुरू होगा। इस कोर्स का सञ्चालन CSVTU-फोर्टे, कृषि और किसान कल्याण मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की इकाई: जैविक और प्राकृतिक खेती क्षेत्रीय केंद्र (RCONF), नागपुर के साथ मिलकर करेगा। इस कोर्स के माध्यम से प्रशिक्षार्थियों को प्राकृतिक और जैविक खेती की तकनीकों पर सभी आवश्यक जानकारी मिलेगी; जिसमें मृदा स्वास्थ्य प्रबंधन, फसल प्रबंधन पोषक तत्व और कीट प्रबंधन, जैव कीटनाशक और जैव उर्वरकों की तैयारी/निर्माण आदि शामिल हैं। इसके अलावा वे जैविक खेती की इकोनॉमिक्स और जैविक प्रमाणन की प्रक्रिया भी सीखेंगे। । पाठ्यक्रम के दौरान उम्मीदवारों को प्रसिद्ध विशेषज्ञों द्वारा प्रशिक्षण के साथ-साथ व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण और फील्ड विजिट कराया जाएगा। उन्हें ग्रामीण उत्पादों की ब्रांडिंग, उनकी पैकेजिंग, मार्केटिंग और सरकार की वर्तमान जैविक खेती की सम्बन्धी योजनाओं से भी अवगत कराया जाएगा।
30 दिनों के सर्टिफिकेट कोर्स के सफल समापन के बाद, चयनित उम्मीदवारों को CSVTU-FORTE द्वारा ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में स्वरोजगार को बढ़ावा देने के लिए वित्त, विपणन एवं व्यावसायिक मॉडल तैयार करने और कंपनी गठन के लिए अवसर प्रदान किया जाएगा। उम्मीदवारों के व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण हेतु सीएसवीटीयू, नेवाई, भिलाई के परिसर में जैविक खाद बनाने और जैविक खेती में एक पायलट परियोजना पहले ही शुरू की जा चुकी है। इस इंटर्नशिप कार्यक्रम के दौरान उम्मीदवारों को रु 7000/- प्रति माह का वजीफा प्रदान किया जाएगा। चयनित उम्मीदवारों को अपना खुद का व्यवसाय / उद्यम स्थापित करने के लिए हैंडहोल्डिंग और मार्केटिंग सपोर्ट के साथ एक लाख रुपये तक का सीड फंडिंग भी दिया जाएगा। इसके एवज में उम्मीदवार को CSVTU-FORTE के साथ अनुबंध (MoU) पर हस्ताक्षर करना होगा।
